They say variety is the spice of life. During my practice of law I have had the opportunity and pleasure of being exposed to many different practice areas and situations which I have used to build my experience - representing hundreds of clients whether in litigation, appeals, arbitration, mediation, city boards, state licensing authorities and in the boardroom. Drawing on these many and vastly different situations which I have navigated for the benefit of my clients I have learned that the most important aspect of any lawyer's practice is being able to adapt.

My focus is to put the clients needs first. My clients know that I am available for them at all hours and that I will go above and beyond to make sure they feel seen and represented at all times. After hearing stories about how other attorney's have previously represented or treated my clients I truly believe that You Deserve More from your attorney - and that's what I deliver. 

Currently, I serve as general counsel for multiple mid-sized businesses, including pharmacy chains in California and venture capital firms in Florida. My work with these clients has been particularly impactful, as I’ve assisted in facilitating deals and sales of companies worth over $200M, and I am able to bring this experience to clients both big and small.  

I am also deeply committed to community service. Since 2017, I’ve volunteered monthly at the Centro Campesino First Time Homeowner’s Clinic, amassing over 500 pro bono hours and educating more than 1,000 low-income individuals on the tax benefits, rights, and responsibilities of homeownership while preparing their tax returns. 

I prioritize customized, personal service—available nearly 24/7—drawing on my extensive experience from the courtroom to the boardroom. Our firm aims to deliver tailored strategies to a varied clientele, from healthcare providers to tattoo ink manufacturers. Whether acting as general counsel or navigating high-stakes transactions, my dedication to precision and accessibility ensures my clients’ success in even the most complex legal landscapes.
